Which is very understandable. As my main course I had the Chimichurri Steak Fries. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it came out perfect. The fries were awesome and had a great balance of crispy on the edges with a softer center. These were a highlight. The only downfall was the Chimichurri sauce. In my opinion it was like watery pesto, not the tangy Chimichurri I was looking forward to. Chase apologized and advised it was what they had from the previous chef (a recent occurrence). Other than that my meal was good, but I had already had in my mind I was going to have an explosion of flavors in my mouth.
