Jogging or off road strollers would probably do ok once you get up above the stairs at the beginning of the trails after the bridge. The main trail is wide and relatively smooth. Small wheeled strollers would likely get stuck in all the rocks and be hard to push so save yourself the frustration. Only saw one bench along the way this time but lots of big rocks or clear ground to rest on. Later in the summer all the berry bushes will be full of fruit and would make for a juicy hike.
