We started with the oyster shooters, Hiramasa Carpaccio and the brussel sprouts, all 3 were phenomenal. I see no point of us choosing to seat either or if they're gonna open the doors. Food wise, the miso soup was pretty good, you can tell they use a kombu stock and it was seasoned well. The tapas/appetizers i chose were the garlic butter shrimp. I was surprised how small they were in terms of portions and the shrimp size for 16$ is kinda too much.
