The store is looking good, a great place to eat to stay for a while. However, upon ordering the lady seems doesn't know yet their rolls and what I was ordering she even went out to the counter to check the name which we told her 3 times "banff roll" and the cookie with cream and sprinkles in the middle for my toddler. Maybe, she's new but this store shouldn't let new one's stay alone because she even asked the person on the phone what she's going to do while doing our order which will cause cross contamination. So when we got home the cookie doesn't even have a sprinkles and the bun was a bit hard to chew which probably not a freshly cooked. I hope my next visit will be better.
