First time trying it and was pleasantly surprised. The few things we tried tasted great and everything looked perfect. Some really cute selection for Valentine’s Day. There are a few seats to sit inside but not a ton of space to dine in.

Unfortunately, my experience at Sandrine French Pastries was disappointing. I found a thick, dark curly hair baked into my almond croissant. While the staff were polite and replaced it without issue, the new pastry was dry and lacked the rich almond filling I was hoping for. After that, I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.

Always a delight walking here. The aesthetics are gorgeous, the food backs this too! It's not just the look but the taste. $11 for one croissant feels slightly on the expensive side but I dont mind it once in a while because of the absolutely indulgent nature the pastries here have. Got the tiramisu ny roll and my friend got the pistachio strawberry tiramisu (which felt more like a cake) so not the best name and slightly misleading but regardless tasted pretty good!

Wonderful experience at Sandrine, staff were friendly, the store was super clean and the coffee helped me wake up after a very rushed morning.

Was out looking for a great coffee and sandwich shop. Asked the goggle gods and was directed to this little spot. It has a wonderful sandwich shop with a good selection of backed goods. Also the bakery puts out some really excellent sourdough bread. Also a bunch premade frozen foods that you just need to reheat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No in-store dinning. We had the absolute pleasure of indulging in the decadent pastries from Karat Chocolate on Elle Street in Kelowna — and every bite was pure perfection.
We tried the Black Forest pastry and the Raspberry Cheesecake, and both were nothing short of extraordinary. The Black Forest pastry was a masterpiece, with six meticulously crafted layers that each brought their own texture and flavor — rich chocolate, velvety cream, cherry compote, almond layer, all crowned with cherries and delicate gold leaf. They had sold out of the donuts and lunch specials that we wanted to try, so ended up getting couple of hot chocolates, an apple pie and a cruffin. Truly exceptional donuts. I think my biggest pet peeve is going to a donut shop and seeing donuts covered in stale cereal. They do not taste good! And I was delighted to NOT see a morsel of cereal atop any of the donuts. They are serious about their craft, and my family and I were absolutely wowed by the quality. It feels like a true Kelowna establishment. Great food and good portions, awesome service, and the most relaxed atmosphere. And their patio is super dog-friendly for the warmer months!

Food is always fantastic! When visiting Kelowna we always look forward to the Boho breakfast. Eggs always cooked to request, hollandaise is fresh made and we always get a side of their strawberry jam for toast. Cherry Hill coffee brewed to perfection and a delicious London fog that's well balanced. Oh my goodness this place is amazing. I used to come in regularly for my lunch, the sausage rolls were straight from my childhood. Their donuts were actually good (we had better ones though) and so was their sub buns, light, fluffy and perfect for sandwiches. The pies were disappointing. We could be wrong but we had the impression that they make the dough with lard instead of butter. We could taste it and no one wanted to eat the pie. Others may like it. You know a place is special when you can’t even take pictures the first time you visit because it’s completely packed. That’s exactly what happened at Mount Royal Bagel Factory. We went during peak hour and the place was buzzing with energy, the smell of fresh bagels filling the air, and customers happily chatting over their food.
I ordered the smoked salmon grilled sandwich – once on an everything bagel and once on a whole wheat bagel. Both were absolutely perfect. The bagels had that ideal balance of chewy and soft, toasted just right, and loaded with silky smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh toppings. Every bite was full of flavor.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself – what an amazing guy! From the front reception to the back kitchen, everyone was super friendly, smiley, and laid back. You can feel the pride and love they put into every bagel.
Even in the middle of the rush, the staff kept everything moving smoothly while making every customer feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that nails both quality and atmosphere, but this one does.

I tried the breakfast French toast with a hot chocolate and it was reeaallly good! The French toast were made to perfection, served with maple syrup. The hot chocolate unlike other places, was not overly sweet and full of fatty whipped cream. As for service, it was excellent as well. I also loved the cozy ambiance of the place.

Went there today, July 4, 2023....we purchased two Kelownuts and two maple glazed donuts, total $13.85 for 4 donuts, expensive for donuts that were like days old!
Kelownuts were small about half the size they use to be...but ok cause they are filled with cream, not alot of cream I might add. The Maple glaze donuts were NOT fresh, dry, crusty, and terrible, worst donuts we have ever had.
The young gal who works there was definitely not friendly or helpful, it's kinda disappointing. I was desperately looking for a bakery in Kelowna that makes Coconut Cream Pies and/or Banana Cream Pies and couldn’t find anywhere in the city that made either, let alone both. The sourdough bread is the best in town, with a perfect crumb and crispy crust, and if you are lucky enough to walk in when the croissants come out of the oven make sure to grab one! Bread baking courses are offered and well worth it if you want to learn how to bake your own bread. Small, local, everything is hand made. So happy I discovered this place!

Cute little store with some of the most amazing baked goods around town. Every one of their breads are delicious and scrumptious with a true artisanal look and feel.
