In the past I always ordered my favorite meal Spinach salad with fried oysters. It was so delicious. So, I ordered the same salad today. The salad was a big disappointment. The oysters were greasy, salty and hard on the outside. The little bit of bacon was on the bottom of salad. They no longer serve their favorite biscuits with your meal. You much order them separate. My husband ordered Hamburger steak he said it was to very salty and he love salt. Again, he was not impressed either. When the waitress asked us if everything was OK. I explained to her this was not the original spinach salad with oysters I had always got at biscuit and blues with previous owners. I asked her to please let the new owners know my concerns. She went straight to the back to tell the owner my concerns, and then she came back out to me Know she did talk to the owner. The owner never came out to speak to us about our concerns. Stopped in on a Monday night, 8/26/25 when everything else was pretty much closed and the gals behind the counter were super friendly and encouraged us to come in, even though they were closing in about a half hour. We had the sausage sandwich, the nachos and the beans. All of it was fantastic. A true gem that we found by mistake. bought two bottles of their barbecue sauce to take back to Florida.
