다양한 전시를 볼 수 있는 통가레와 박물관! 유료관람 코스와 무료관람 코스가 나뉘어져 있는데, 무료코스도 다 돌아보는 데에 2시간 가까이 소요되기에 무료로도 충분히 관람가능하다.

이런 곳이 무료 관람이라는게 놀랍습니다. 굉장히 흥미로운 시간이였고, 뉴질랜드에 대해서 좀 더 알게 되는 계기가 되었습니다. 규모도 굉장히 크구요. 웰링턴에 오시면 꼭 와보시는 것을 추천합니다.

무료로 알찬 전시 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 아이들도 많지만 어른들도 즐길 수 있는 퀄리티의 구성입니다. 직접 만져보고 체험할 수 있는 박물관이라 인상깊었습니다.

훌륭한 박물관이다. 특히 퀄리티 있는 체험형 콘텐츠가 많아서 재밌게 보고 갔다.

전쟁 박물관이 인상깊었습니다. 사람키 2배되는 군인상들이 조명을 받아 엄숙한 분위기을 만들어냅니다. 전사 편지을 받은 여인상은 슬픔을 공감할수 있는 분위기을 만들어 냅니다.

직원들이 친절하다. 역사와 전통을 체험할 수 있다. 시간이 짧게 걸린다. 야간에는 야경이 멋있다.

경사진 산을 오르는 방법으로, 경사진 버스 2대에 케이블을 연결하고 끌어당겨서 산을 오르고 내려가는 방식이고, 5개의 역으로 나뉘어져 있으며 티켓을 구입하면 어느역에서든지 내리고 다시 탈수 있습니다. 오래전에 산 위쪽으로 물건을 싣고 나르는데 1902년부터 유래가 되었다고 합니다.

저는 리턴 티켓을 구매했는데 정상에서 로즈ㆍ보타닉 가든 가시려면 20분 도보로 내려가야 하거든요..? 그리고 중간에 빅토리아대학교 구경까지 하면.. 그것도 모르고 결국 편도만 타긴 했는데 가든 구경하시려면 편도 티켓 구매가 나은 것 같습니다🙂

정상에 내리면 웰링턴 시내를 한눈에 볼 수 있고 걸어 내려오면 다양한 꽃들이 피어있는 보태닉가든을 구경할 수 있어서 좋다

질랜디아 관람 후 케이블카로 가는 무료 셔틀버스를 탔더니 정상으로 데려다 줬습니다! 덕분에 케이블카 요금 안내고 경치 감상할 수 있었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 케이블카가 출발하는 순간 모든 사람들이 저 사진을 찍기 위해서 대기하고 있습니다

Beehive 보시고 15분 걸어가면 보타닉 가든 나와요. 산책로 따라 쭉 올라가시면 전망대 나오고요. 어른신들이라면 몰라도 다리 건강하면 15분 -20분 걸어올라가는 걸 추천합니다.

멋진 전망을 보러 걸어 올라갔어요 꼬불꼬불 숲길이 밀림을 걷는 느낌인 길도 있어요 기념품점도 크게 있구요 작은 온실과 까페가 있습니다. 주차는 기계정산이구요 저는 겨울에 와서 푸른 숲만 보았지만 여름에 오면 각종 꽃과 나무들이 대단할것 같아요 도심한복판 야산에 이런 곳이 있다니 좋으네요

찾아가는 길이 조금 험하지만 가치가 있는곳 봄이나 여름에 와서 힐링하고가기 정말좋다 여름 막바지쯤왔더니 꽃이 많이 피어있고 울창한 푸르름이 좋았다 시간된다면 런치박스들고 여기서 냠냠한다면 정말정말 너무너무 좋을듯! 친구들 연인들 가족과 하기 너무너무 좋은 장소이다 천천히 걷고 천천히 숨을 들이키고 이야기하고 즐기기 좋은 장소이다 웰링턴의 숨은 보물!

아내와 함께 갔는데 너무나 좋았습니다. 즐거운 마음으로 가볍게 산책하기 좋은 공원이었습니다 추천합니다.

케이블카는 편도로만 끊고 올라가서 정원을 쭉둘러보면서 내려오면 국회으사당으로나와 맥도날드에서 1달러밖에안하는 콜라슬러시 한잔마시면 천국과 다름없다. 천천히걸으면 3시간정도면 전체적으로 한바퀴 가능한거같다.

싱가폴 보타닉 가든과 달리 좀 작지만 웰링턴 케이블카에서 내려서 가볍게 산책을 할 수 있어 기분 전환에는 좋은 것 같습니다. 꽃 향기가 아주 좋네요.~

지금 시즌에는 볼 수 없는 동물들이 있어서 아쉬웠지만 그 외의 다양한 동물들을 볼 수 있어서 좋았다. 동물원이 꽤 넓어서 다 둘러보는데 2시간 가까이 소요됨. 웰링턴은 시내버스가 잘 되어 있어서 이동도 간편했다.

새들울 되게 가까이에서 봐서 좋았어요!저희 일행은 가이드 투어를 하면 가격이 상당히 뛰어서 프리 투어를 다녔는데 거기서 일하는 직원 분이 계속 팁을 주셔서 잘 관광하고 왔어요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 기념품관도 갔는데 특색있는거는 많지 않고 좀 비싸서... 사지는 않았어요. 그래도 그 안에는 되개 멋졌어요! 단점은 거기가 카오리 보호구라고 알고 있는데 카오리 나무가 한 그루도 안보이더라구요...(제가 모른 걸 수도)

가이드 없이 혼자 돌아다녔습니다. 한시간 반~두시간 정도면 한바퀴 돌 수 있고 좀더 험난한 트래킹 코스를 선택할 수도 있습니다. 곳곳에 새가 많아서 새 소리로 가득한 곳입니다!

어느 트랙에 가느냐에 따라 산책이 될 수 있고 트래킹이 될수있음. 각종 야생동물과 식물을 볼수있고 특히 새를 많이 볼 수있음. 관찰할 수 있는 새의 종류가 10종이 넘음. 추천왕복코스가 2시간으로 적혀있는데 난이도도 적당하고 코스내에 볼거리가 많음. 티켓을 사면 다음날까지 입장할 수 있음.
