Then, after a month of work, my shower had to be completely re-done from scratch due to several installation mistakes and sub-par craftsmanship. They also tried using caulk to fix everything, and it was carelessly slapped it all over the place. I am still scraping the excess caulk off every day. The shower door and glass weren’t installed correctly and had to be re-installed (more work leave used). Also, we ordered a “frameless” shower door but 50% of it still had to be walled in which was not told to us until after they had already done it, again poor communications. Also, the door swings 180 degrees, but they tried using a door gasket that made the door only able to swing one way. The bath tub handles were installed with scratches three different times. They tried using non paintable caulk on the outside of the shower where it meets the wall until I stopped them. They said it’s the only caulk they use and all they had, and that “I could buy my own “paintable” caulk for them to use instead of theirs” So I did. Even today, I am still waiting on them to come back out and install the final shower door gasket. They never call me. I always have to call them to get any response. I have asked the customer service operator to have the manager call me but he never does. Bottom line, it cost $24,000, and it took nearly 3 month’s to have a very small shower taken out and replaced with a new one. The fact that so many aspects of this job were done so poorly is inexcusable and it is why I would not recommend this location to do your bathroom remodel.

Start date for install was expected second week of December 2020, but with multitude of excuses the project finally started 25 February 2021 and completed 9 March 2021. Since then the installers had to return at least NINE times to repair siding. Yes the company kept their word about sending a crew out to fix stuff but the installers would only do a quick repair. I have reached to the owner and was told to contact the main business phone during normal working hours and that he will forward my information to his staff. I have attached updated photos showing how much the vinyl has separated since I wrote this post. UPDATE: As of today 17 August 2022, I was informed it will be another 4 to 6 weeks before supplies will be delivered. When they completed whatever band aid fix they had in mind by 0945 the siding in two sections began to detach by 1:15 pm. The owner, project manager and installers (Jay and Richard) are only there to throw the material up on the walls as quick as possible and with the least amount of quality craftsmanship and quality control.
