I would not of booked my daughters party here if I had of known the state the place would have been in, it was grimy. I offered to tidy up on arrival as there was 15-20 dirty tables. In fact there wasn’t a clean one available, so they cleaned a couple of tables for us but the young girl who brought a massive trolley over to clean the tables didn’t think to clean the other tables she passed on her way back despite plenty of room on the trolley. One of those mums asked the desk for a bin bag to tidy up so she could sit down, which was absolutely mortifying for myself hosting the party at your venue, It’s just embarrassing! And to top it off, we also got over charged as they lied to our faces about calling us in the week, despite us showing them our phone log to say we had no call. Staff are really letting this place down, majority of them are very young and definitely don’t take it seriously enough. Re-training and understanding the importance of professionalism is needed. I understand days can be busy and chaotic, but parties and soft play bookings should not be allowed to be booked if they haven’t got the man power (or the will) to take care of the place and keep on top of basic hygiene.
