It’s free admission and it’s a really neat informational place to see different types of mustard seed all the way to a prepared condiment. Plus all the paraphernalia supplies that go along with serving it. The store has 1,000’s of mustards for sale but thankfully they have them categorized and each country even has its own shelf. They made it fun by having a large tasting station in the rear of the store that has over 100 mustards ready to taste. We had a lot of fun tasting and settled on a mutatde’ (French) whereby the original recipe dates back to 1760. It’s still sold the same way- in a ceramic jar sealed with wax. Also a Japanese hot mustard and a couple others. They have an online store which will be great to order gifts and more mustard. It’s a fun place and believe me, the mustards are all amazing!

You will wait a very long time and the bathrooms on a hot summer day will be very moist and sticky. - Getting there and back was a bit of a hassle though many hotels do shuttle.
