Over all it was a great experience, valet parking, luggage storage, easy check in, prompt in-room dining - there is an option to waive housekeeping for a $10 discount on food and dining. The sofa also had no spring in it so it was uncomfortable to sit on. Lift was out of order upon departure - tricky carrying luggage down the stairs, I was on the 2nd floor. But I would stay again.

Rooms were clean, quiet and a good size, great shower and possibly the biggest bath tub I've seen which my kids loved and got lost in, comfy beds and staff were lovely and helpful too. Valet Parking easy and affordable at only $35. Our room overlooked the Wharf and the windows were thick enough to block out majority of any noise from the boats. It was stunning to look at day and night. Breakfast was included with our stay and was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised to the extent that they go with this decor design. Nicely themed rooms that stick with the design of the whole hotel, renovated and clean with a large comfy king bed perfect for a stop over while travelling to get a good sleep and regenerate. The pub located downstairs is very convenient and had a menu of modern pub food and a selection of cocktails and drinks that are extensive. The staff were very helpful and attentive to patrons and seemed happy to be at work. Outside of the lucky hotel seemed to be lots of things to see and do so even for location I was impressed. I can see how on a Saturday night it would probably get loud in the rooms overlooking the main pub but they do state that could possibly be the case although they’ve taken measures to try soundproof the rooms. It is an awesome gastropub, the location was fantastic, the decor cool, the atmosphere was great really friendly staff. As expected, the rooms were old school pub rooms but clean, retro and comfortable. The wine list really surprised me, it wasn't what I usually see in a pub, it was quite extensive with a great range of NSW wines on the list and by the glass! I stayed with a group at the Executive Inn 4-6th July and every single staff member was incredible. I would particularly like to mention the night staff on both nights, as well as the reception (overnight) on the night of the 5th. An incident occurred early morning and the lovely lady at the desk responded effectively, quickly and professionally without causing a scene or acting as it was out of her way. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable and we will definitely be back 👏🏼
