Arlington Plaza is a charming small shopping area with a relaxed Santa Barbara feel. The location is convenient and the surroundings are clean and well maintained. There are nice spots to eat grab a drink or browse small shops which makes it pleasant for a short stop or a casual walk. It was early in the morning, so there weren't many people, so I was able to enjoy the sights comfortably.
The view of the calm sea and the morning sunlight gave me peace of mind.
The scenery was good with the yacht yard and parks around it.

Broke down here, ended up limping to the parking lot. All in all, it was a very convenient location to break down. There's a hamburger habit, not too far away. There are gas stations and an AutoZone. Given all the places that we could have broken down, and based off my past experience this is a five-star place to break down.

This shopping center has been struggling for years. However it does have some strong reasons to go there. There are two great restaurants, a toy store, deli, Tiffany's , Macy's and Williams Sonoma,just to name a few. There is plenty of parking and it is a nice walk through. There's been some recent additional restaurants added and don't forget Bristol farms across the parking lot!
Now, has a huge Mattress Mikes showroom for mattress and furniture..Across the way is the high-end Moving Miss Daisy consignment store, both in the bottom of the old Sears, awesome places to peruse. Mr. B's restaurant and some interesting smaller shops..great place for a stroll.

I loved everything I saw, from the towels I was coming for and bought, to the healthy, clothing, and the many decor items, a lot of them ocean themed. What an incredible area to spend several hours meandering around all the restaurants, museums, coffee houses, and of course...all those gorgeous boats floating within the Harbor slips. So much local culture and history here, and the views inland are phenomenal, while the smell of the sea as you stroll, commands your constant attention...it is just a perfect way to spend an afternoon! Awesome little harbor, so many masts litter the skyline. Very calm and quaint area. We went to the maritime museum, everyone was very nice, the museum is small but has alot of cool info and exhibits, and 5 or 6 interactive stations that me and my 12 year found fun and interesting. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Got the titular pickles & swiss sandwich. Only had one bread still available (ciabatta bun) when I was there in the early afternoon. The sandwich is deceptively small looking because it was actually dense and filling. A little more expensive than say, Subway, but worth it for just how much better it tasted than that. Employees were nice, but it took quite a while for them to even take my order. Then it took a while to make it. Still, definitely worth it for the taste, in my opinion. Solid lunch spot but they might need to hire one more employee to speed things up (although the space is small).

This little spot in Santa Barbra is a great stop for a nice bite. I had the Pickles and Swiss and it was the perfect amount of meat to pickle to bread ratio.
I also had their tomato basil soup and it was perfect for the rainy day we had.
Service was great and the two ladies at the counter were really nice and down to earth :)

Overall, the environment was stellar and the food was good. The Reuben was killer, the wraps were amazing, the Au Jus dipping was actually our least favorite. The sauce was more like the drippings of the roast beef rather than an authentic Au Jus. Kids menu was great, and the drink selection was just right. In terms of service, they were quick and we waited under 10 minutes for dinner on Saturday evening. I would recommend this place.

Reserved a standard sized vehicle over a month in advance for a planned trip. Day before reservation, I do the online early check-in and return a missed call, but was told everything was good. When I arrive, I see they have several vehicles on the lot and they give the gentleman in front of me a Malibu and offer to give him a pickup that was also available. When it's my turn, I'm told the only vehicle have the available is a Mitsubishi Mirage which is the size of a clown car. I at least asked if I'd get refunded the difference in rates, but was told it was the same rate as what I booked. I stated that didn't sound right and was asked to show what it was when I booked (which is simply not possible). After going back and forth for a few minutes, I decided to cut my losses and just take the car to pick up the company and luggage that was waiting for me. It was a challenge, to say the least, to fit the luggage. To top it off the car was a nightmare to drive through the mountain range as it'd struggle to make it up the hills and the wind would blow the car all over the road. I have to rent often for work and generally Enterprise is great, but I was pretty disappointed in this location.

The employee we made the agreement with was friendly, but when we returned the car, we were charged for an extra day. When we asked for an explanation, the staff couldn’t give a clear reason and called the manager.

Customer service told me to go to the airport location, where a Jeep would be waiting for me. I made the trip—out of my way—expecting the situation to be resolved. Instead, I was met with zero accountability and a manager who was shockingly rude.
Even after I showed my reservation confirmation and explained that Enterprise’s own customer service had directed me there, the female manager at the airport coldly dismissed me. She told me, with attitude, that they were “not responsible” for what another location said and offered no apology, no car, and no help.
This wasn’t just a mistake—it was a complete breakdown in communication, coordination, and professionalism. Being stranded after doing exactly what Enterprise instructed is bad enough. But being treated with such disrespect by someone in a managerial role is disgraceful.

The cashier and other staff working that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful even though I came in at the end of the night. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and the young woman taking my order was patient, helpful and more than willing to offer suggestions on what I might enjoy based on the tastes I told her I had.
She even gave me samples of soups to try and a glass of water while I waited for my food.
It was nice to see a restaurant chain like this that didn't slack on their service just because they were working on their closing routines as well as still accepting customers. As a former waitress I know what it's like to strike the proper balance to give superb customer service as well as complete your night duties in a timely manner.
The food is delicious, I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup and a chai latte. I can't wait to come back and try some of their salad items.
The ONLY reason they will not get five stars - or even FOUR stars - from me is because they are using too many plastic products still for their to go products and food packaging. It's unconscionable.
There are too many alternatives in the manufacturing industry now for these large food corporations to not be leading the charge in making America plastic free. There's really no excuse for this anymore.
I hope that Panera managers and owners take this to heart and make the necessary and imperative changes. Every business counts!

NASTY! Dirty, smelly. Only reason we stop by there is because my son loves the Mac and Cheese. The smell of the dinning room is almost unappetizing. I have been to a few other locations in CA. and by far this one located in La Cumbre Plaze is the worst. I hope they can find manager that cares and some better customer service. I was there yesterday and ordered the New Tuscan Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious! However, came in today and ordered the same sandwich and was a total disappointment. It was very messy and had no Mayo or basil pesto. The tomato confit was all over the box and exterior of the sandwich very messy. I don't think I will order this again. I love going go to this salon. I have my brothers wedding and they helped me pick out the exact matching colors to match my shoes and tie them into the dress color. Made a reservation for SB-SJ and had car trouble on the way to the station. Yet, I still made it on time only for staff to tell me the bus had left a couple of minutes earlier than departure time. Once I tried contacting customer service, they were condescending and not helpful; they kept sending me to other departments. Then tried calling the station to reschedule and they kept declining my calls.
TLDR: if you want reliability, don’t travel with them. Also their policies changed some time within the past two years and it makes it nearly impossible to get a refund, even if completely justified.

My dad drove over an hour to this Santa Barbara location to drop off a package we had scheduled. Got there and the station is closed. Everything is closed down. Attention travelers!!! If you purchase a greyhound bus ticket online and select e-ticket you MAY NOT be able to print your ticket at the station. The greyhound website will give you the option to print at the station but the terminal with the ticket machine may be closed. It is ran by an attendant and does not follow posted hours. It often closes early. If you feel like the risk perhaps call beforehand and confirm that someone will be there at your departure time to print. Bus drivers can not and will not help you with ticket issues.
Also note: I'm writing this as we depart Santa Barbara at 8:40 pm, a full 50 minutes behind the 7:50 pm departure time on my ticket. Terrible service. Be careful planning tight windows to connecting transit because unfortunately, this is pretty normal for this bus line.

All I can say is Mr. David Mires is a GREAT Real Estate agent. He has worked with my family on more than one SB property transaction over the years. Now that he has opened his own agency I cannot see why anyone in the SB area would engage any other agency than Realign Real Estate for either buying or selling a home. You will get a hard worker, honesty, transparency and a personal touch for your experience. I think he really is a star in the SB real estate realm.
