A lot of stairs if you want a workout but they do have a huge elevator, LoL. It is very beautiful hotel all staff has been awesome the food is really good. So I talked to other guests and found that both shower doors do slide. Had we known that we would not have booked. It was Halloween night and when we checked in we noticed they were having a party until midnight. We were on the 4th floor so we thought we would be safe. The booming of the music and noise level easily went to the 4th floor and we couldn't sleep. I went down at 12:35am asking why the music was still going while people are trying to sleep and was told it was going until 1am. I pointed to the sign that showed it should end by midnight. There were still 20 or so people in the bar area. Thankfully the individual in charge did get the music to stop. When I asked at checkout for a reduction in our $227 1-night charge, I was told that it would be taken care of and apologies for not being able to sleep (in a HOTEL!). I have called again asking for a discount and waiting on a reply. They need to figure out if they want to be a dance club or a hotel - for now, anyone who stays here needs to beware that noise could easily disrupt their sleep.
