(원문) Focusing on one style of ramen has worked in the favour of Ramen Takeuma; the broth was full of umami, a good size portion of chasu, tasty wood ear mushrooms, slurp-able noodles and one of the best marinated soft boiled eggs I've ever had in a bowl of ramen.
