The turndown service is great. The breakfast is great. My biggest problem (and it was big) is that there are some rooms in the hotel (we were in one) where you cant escape the loud music from the pubs/clubs below. If you stay on a weekend then definitely make sure to ask if you can get a quieter room. Additionally, there was quite a bit of construction going on around our room and we constantly heard sawing noises. I would stay here again because the location is perfect and the staff is amazing, but I would definitely make sure I wasn't facing the same street that I did on this trip.

First, there is a designated place out front to leave your car as you check in and unload your luggage. We were upgraded for a small (but absolutely worth it) fee to a spacious suite. The view was obstructed by scaffolding as they are in the process of expanding the hotel but it didn't bother us as we were not in the room during the day much. Beds were comfortable, the AC was nice, and the bathroom/shower was great. My one gripe - the TVs only had basic cable. No streaming or casting capabilities (shocking for a 5-star hotel). They did have some dishes which could be ordered with the team, but I prefer a larger buffet section. The iced tea also tasted heavily watered down, and I didn't end up getting up for breakfast after the first day of my stay. The staff at the hotel were really friendly, most notably the Assistant Night Manager, Kavraj who was such a friendly and cool guy. The public areas of the hotel felt comfortable, safe and luxurious, including the lobby and bar, where I went for drinks every night and had a really good Whiskey Sour.
