The spa ladies in particularly Wendy, wow again, she was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, her personality was superb, her experience and knowledge made our experience so much more. To come home and find that my feet are just as dry after the treatment as they were prior to the treatment and that the nail colouring has no shine to it after paying £67 is really really disappointing particularly as I would have expected a 5* treatment at that price and at a spa such as Rudding Park. Staff are not interested, yes if you ask for something they will do/bring what you have asked for. When asked to why it was so dirty, reply is it’s getting pulled down. If you have paying customers it needs to be clean. Actually never been to anything like it before. Worst experience ever.
