I honestly did not expect the pastries to taste as good as they looked, It was a very pleasant experience, I think I went there like 4 times.
The tarts were very good the shells were flaky and well baked. The end result was very delicious and balanced tarts. The orange financier were delicious. Also try the classic combo that never disappoints, fondant au chocolat and vanilla ice-cream.
My favorite tart was the peach and rose petals one.
Thanks as well the staff who are lively and very friendly, especially the charming lady at the counter.

We tasted the ice creams created by Chef Samer and it was tasty. The shop is super clean and well managed. All the team is very friendly. I am more of a sorbet fan but if you like to eat high quality ice creams in summer you can definitely count on the caramel beurre salé, the vanilla and the bounty ice cream they make here. I definitely want yo try the pastries bcz it looked amazing.

Excellent from check in to check out. Everyone was impressively professional and made me feel so welcomed! The staffs from, front office, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant were very courteous and impeccable. The room was very sizable and spacious, but it might need renovation. The whole stay was outstanding, gorgeous and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything and I would definitely be back in four seasons Beirut :)

Overall we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Check-in staff is amazing! We arrived there and my kids were exhausted from the flight. After checking-in the receptionist was so sweet with my three year old daughter, entertaining her while showing us to the waiting area. The room is great, location wonderful, and food delicious. My two complaints: the waiting time for food and the concierge desk confused my airport transportation twice.
That said, I don’t have the heart to mark them down because the receptionist was awesome!

We walked from Gemazie area to eat a late breakfast. the Sage Palour was a great choice. The server was patient with us and went over all of the different options. They have a build your own eggs benedict! We had pancakes, coffees, eggs with grilled haloumi and a shashouka. I highly recommend their smoothies and coffees. They are fabulous.

Tried this place out a couple of days ago for brunch, and I have to say it’s one of the best spots in Beirut. I fell in love. The indoors is very welcoming and the decoration is so fresh. My favorite trio salad: first of all I loved the concept of being able to combine three types of salad. I also appreciated the generous quantity and in addition to that the fact that it is changed daily: we had a combination of grilled vegetables, freekeh salad with eggplants, pomegranate, cherry tomatoes and parsley and fell in love at first sight / bite! and lettuce hearts with olives and drizzled with yogurt based sauce.
How could we miss their home made desserts:
Lemon poppy seed cake: I love the contrast sourness of lemon with the sweetness of cake and the small crunch of the seeds
Semolina cake with caramelized oranges: so moist.
Carrot cake: was my least favorite I felt it needed more spices though it had a beautiful presentation.

Probably the best new restaurant I've found in years! Great service, very nice food. The menu is interesting with a few unusual items that actually turned out to be totally delicious (the the shrimp and carrot puree starter!). - Goat cheese salad: i loved the dressing and the creativity of the beetroot sauce however the texture of the goat cheese was not pleasant.
- Tuna tataki; huge difference from last time: fresh slaw, and the same tasty marinade
- jumbo shrimps over carrot puree: i appreciated the freshness of the puree yet i did not like the taste. I preferred the tasty marinade that was equally used as glaze.
The sweetest end of the meal was crowned by the chocolate chip cookie served sizzling hot in a pan with scoop of vanilla icecream and beautifully decorated with a cinnamon stick: A MUST TRY!

It was through the sweetest Blondburgirl aka Estelle that I was introduced to this hidden gem, and you know how much I love those places where you are not only there to eat but also to be part of the family.
On a gloomy Saturday, I walked in the warm bistro. Heartfelt welcome from Chady who introduced me to his baby: Chez Rémy, is the daughter and surely is spoiled as a girl should be!
Chady and Cynthia are the passionate couple behind this homey place serving what they would normally eat at home.
Working around recipes, and pouring love with each item. They turned from full-time employees, to full time lovers of Chez Rémy!
The space is neatly decorated, warm colors, comfy couches, vintage items, a painting from here, photos taken by Chady from there and a glass facade giving to the open kitchen.
Chady bakes the bread from Delifrance, giving it all the attention and I do believe that what makes the difference.
Waleed, a friend who joined them eventually with his "Fresh Nuts" placed in colored lid jars and sold there. He is now part of the passionate team too.
As a start, I tried:
Smoked salmon salad: a green mix of spinach and rockets leaves with generous portion of smoked salmon served over brown bread and white cheese: you know my weakness for all that is Seafood, and this salad surely satisfied my crave.
Crab salad: different way of serving it and surely prefer it, the crab is diced over green mix, and the salad is beautifully arranged with cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Appealing to the eyes, and the belly was not deceived!
Goat cheese sandwich served in a baked with love brown baguette and veggies. Indulge with very bite.
