The only hassle was that they needed us to call them, the day of tour, when we got off ship so they could send the driver to pick us up. The buns are really like mini-tacos and the shell is this soft, white, dough, very similar to what you'd get in a Chinese dim-sum bun. So it's a puffy, spongy thing that they curl and put the filling in. These were very tasty. I'd recommend getting at least one per person.
