Great place for cocktails and brunch. The atmosphere was good and the food was delicious. There were some delays with the drinks in the bottomless brunch and feel as though there could have been some extra staff on to help the team who were dealing with full bookings upstairs. But overall it was a good experience.

Honestly the BEST bottomless brunch ever and this wouldn't be possible without our server Joseph. He was super helpful when I didn't like a meal and was able to get it changed immediately and was at our table to make sure everything was okay and all the drinks were well. Honestly couldn't recommend enough.

The best bottomless brunch my wife and I have been to. The service was amazing, Tobey our server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and when he didn't know he took the time to answer our questions (which became drunker the as the drinks kept coming.) Unlike most bottomless brunches these drinks were NOT watered down, full send on the alcohol which means we walked out of here a little wobbly. Would recommend and will be dragging family back.

All I have to say is the security are corrupt, rude and absolutely racist especially the security guard that is bald and has a ginger beard watch out for him.
He wouldn’t let me and my friends in but let white people in even after we offered to pay told us we are not allowed in because we black and proceeded to swear laugh and make racist jokes about us and charged us £500 for me and my friends to enter the club but charged everyone one else £10

I attended an over-30s house music event at Bushwhackers on Saturday and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in.
The first thing that hit me was the awful smell in the bar area. It was like mouldy old feet—just disgusting. It made me wonder when the place was last properly cleaned because it really didn’t feel well-maintained.
The toilets were even worse. No toilet seats, no hand dryers, and no tissues to dry your hands. I had to go to the bar to get some napkins, which isn’t ideal. The whole place just felt unclean, with cobwebs everywhere.
That said, the outdoor area was lovely. Loads of disco balls, neon lights, and a nice seating area with its own bar. It’s well-designed and visually impressive, which is a real contrast to the inside.
The final straw for me was the attitude of one of the bouncers. I smiled at him, and he scowled back. I’m a woman in my 50s, out supporting local DJs, and to be greeted like that was just rude and unnecessary.
Between the smell, the lack of cleanliness, and the unfriendly staff, I won’t be returning to Bushwhackers. A shame, because the event itself had potential.

Absolutely ruined our night out. The man, Tony, who sells vapes in the men’s toilet was in the women’s toilet which made multiple girls very visibly uncomfortable. My friend asked ‘why are you in the females toilets’ and he began berating her, telling her he would ‘get her kicked out, she needs some respect’ and more. My friend was left crying her eyes out and having panic attacks as a 40 year old man is shouting in her face as an 18 year old girl. Whilst us girls were comforting her my male friends entered the men’s toilet where Tony proceeded to berate them, even going to the lengths to follow them out of the toilet and shout at them further infront of the entire group. The entire friend group was appalled, the girls feeling especially uncomfortable with the lack of regard for female safety and privacy, we all left our planned fun night out early!!! The management was not interesting in our concern for basic decency!! We all feel way too uncomfortable or safe to return, it is one thing for the male bouncers to enter when needed but men who aren’t employed by the establishment isn’t okay, the toilets are clearly designated female and male!!!

I asked the DJ to switch up the music to get people dancing, but she refused, even though the dancefloor was completely dead. Sorry, but if no one's dancing, you're clearly not doing a great job. Seems to me that they shouldn’t have been served but were anyway as a way to make more money- they weren’t even allowed to drink more in the club because of how drunk they were. When I went in to order a drink as I was about to pay the bartender snatched my bank card out of my hand and went around the corner where I could not see him and used contactless to pay without my permission. I was refused a receipt therefore I did not know what I was paying for. This is unacceptable, i complained at the time and I complained via the sin and bush website and received no response. I am not happy with this and although I don't expect to get a response this time either I strongly believe that your staff need to be trained better and taught straight away to never do this as it's is irresponsible and just wrong. With the staff doing things like this I can honestly say that I would never recommended that people visit this establishment because it is untrustworthy.

My first time at this venue to watch an amazing tribute band. The venue, whilst stripped back and basic, was absolutely perfect for this sort of rock vibe. The bar staff were wonderfull, friendly and chatty and the service superb and the crowd was amazing. Can't recommend enough.

Flloyd on the door was the perfect start, the amazing bar staff especially the lady that appreciated our need for everything to be diet (even the vodka hahaha) and then the acts! we came in towards the end of the first act before the Coldplay tribute. He was amazing and truly warmed up the crowd perfectly.
Then the main act! even if you aren't a hardcore Coldplay fan, you need to experience them. Without a shadow of doubt they were amazing. The vibe in the entire place was electric and the act is by far the best Coldplay tribute I have ever seen. you'd be hard to tell them apart from the actual band!!! thank you Marrs Bar for a truly awesome night.

Have visited this place multiple times with my partner and is now a go to! So much going on, and the inside it’s just perfect. It had such a friendly atmosphere, where everyone is just there to have a nice evening. The cocktails are brilliant and so are the shots!!! Wasn't expecting to enjoy Heroes as much as we did. First impressions were blimey watch my head and this place is a bit mad...but honestly we had such a good night here. This has been our go to restaurant for all our family celebratory meals and get togethers for many years, we have always had an amazing time with excellent food and service
Sadly todays experience was very disappointing..
The restaurant was quiet and yet the service was unbelievably slow. We waited for our first round of drinks, starters took longer than expected. The wait for mains was unacceptable and when received none of the steaks were cooked as requested, all overcooked.
No one came to check our food and three people ate their steaks, whilst we tried to attract someone to return them. We were also requiring condiments, more drinks and water.
After 15 -20 minutes we managed to attract the attention of a lady, I believe she was the duty manager. I advised her of the overcooked steaks and complete lack iof service She apologised, arranged a replacement meal, took a drinks order, brought more water jugs and cleared the used glasses, it was too late for condiments. She also arranged a reduction of our bill
We were at the restaurant almost three hours and had only 2 courses We would normally have had dessert but the occasion was spoilt and we decided to leave.
I understand that one of the long time managers has left and I sincerely hope previous excellent service will be restored. My husband and I will certainly ensure we book a table for 2 prior to booking for another larger party.

We came here for a family meal for a child’s birthday party. The menu looked great with lots of choice. As they specialise in Mediterranean food, we ordered the mezze for two. Unfortunately, the skewers were overcooked, leaving the meat dry and tough, and nearly everything was loaded with far too much paprika. The bowl of tzatziki was also very small — we would’ve needed three times the amount to balance out the overpowering seasoning.
Sadly, that wasn’t the worst part of the evening. The service was incredibly slow. You’d think a table with young children would have food coming out promptly, but we had to continually chase staff for service, to clear away dirty plates, and to take our orders. We had just two courses and one round of drinks, yet the meal took three hours. On top of that, we were being blasted with hot air from the air-conditioning unit the entire time. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
The only thing preventing this from being a one-star review was that they served dessert with a candle for the birthday boy.

It's a pity when we arrived that the younger members of staff haven't been taught to smile and welcome you with a warm greeting.
Luckily we had Naomi as our server and what a breath of fresh air she is. If you could harness her energy on the the younger members of the team the atmosphere would be 10 times better.

The building is a bit hard to navigate, and in my opinion their Halloween night wasn’t quite as Halloween-themed as advertised, but fun place overall. The music was better in the smaller rooms than the main one in my opinion. I did have some issues with strangers being rude to me, and one guy grabbing my glasses off my face, but that’s not the venue’s fault as it was so crowded they didn’t see these incidents and I didn’t report them.

My family and I visited Worcester specifically to visit Hanbao on a Thursday afternoon.
I booked online and paid the £10 deposit.
The location is easy to find. The entrance is lovely and the decor inside is brilliant.
The welcome was very warm from Isobel and her service/attitude throughout the visit was impeccable.
The drinks were ordered and they came along fairly quickly. Then the food..menu was explained, we ordered..and it came to the table beautifully presented. It was all excellent. Superb flavours!
We shared a couple of desserts..they were heavy on the marshmallow and a tad lighter on the ice cream than we thought they would be.
The only negative would be the toilet..lacked in cleanliness and the hand dryers were not working. There was no paper towel option instead.
Would I recommend it? YES!
Will I visit again? ABSOLUTELY!

Me and the wife had a day out in Worcester on Sunday 2nd June, stumbled across Mode for a drink, however we were surprised to see they had a carvery on. We decided to stay and try it. what can i say, for me I've been to loads of Toby's and this was way better. Everything we had was amazing, meat portion was great and the veg, potatoes was just as good. Really recommend this place. It was quiet as it was a Sunday but that worked for us. If you passing on a Sunday and want a good decent carvery then i couldn't recommend more. Super and if ever I'm back on a Sunday I'll be sure to revisit. :-)

So when you enter here it looks like an amazingly cool rockesk cafe & you are welcomed by some really friendly staff. They have a large range of drinks, I purchased an IPA & an Espresso Martini & both were really nice. Then the music starts in a great adjoining room, the lighting & the sound were spot on. There's also a cracking private beer garden that has music & lighting. Will be coming back & telling others to do so too.

My favourite music venue in Worcester number 1, some really cool bands pass through here, rock n metal being my go-to. Great cider called Inches and real filter coffee. Welcoming staff, a nice chilled out atmosphere, while I'm not super popular in Worcester, I never feel out of place here, I primarily visit for the metal bands, when they are serving food it's good quality, not a whole bunch of space but that just makes it cosy. the pub garden out back is very sociable, great environment, feels homely. We had pizza at Vinni's just after Christmas, following a last-minute decision to stay in Worcester for lunch. Absolutely delighted to have stopped here, Vinnie is definitely keeping the high Italian standards with his delicious pizza and service, especially considering he was doing everything by himself, including takeaway orders. If you’re going to go to Worcester for drinks, I couldn’t recommend Keystones more. Our server Nessa was the most attentive and thoughtful server I’ve had in any location worldwide, let alone in the UK. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the drinks and accommodated to my tastes and preferences, making the experience all the more enjoyable. It was consistently busy throughout the night but she never neglected our table or left us empty handed! I will certainly be back!

Great looking place and great cocktails I think the manager is fab and gave us some free lemon flavoured shots there were popcorn in bags on the table which were very salty but nice for most people even if they make you thirsty it was easy to order on my mobile this would be 5 stars but one of the waitresses came up to the table looking inside my bag which had items I just brought inside which I thought was an invasion of privacy I would recommend and I would come again

I was given a social housing property by them last year which fell just out of Worcester catchment (which was a mistake in itself & I wasn't even made aware of) then I am told my disablement concession for my allotment is not valid because I'm not in the Worcester area (I didn't ask to be moved out of it) I have cancer, a brain tumour & other critical health issues the allotment has been a god send for my mental health Worcester Council have been the opposite since moving here 12 years ago. No compassion whatsoever just keep putting the prices up for everything the councillors must receive their annual pay rises & bonuses!

I'm dissabled and lost my bus pass today, went in to the info hub in the guild hall to get some help with getting a replacement, (where I have recieved help multiple times with issues surrounding my bus pass, and even with applying for a bus pass).
After trying to get help, the member of staff stated its not her job to do that and they don't deal with anything to do with the county council.
This is why your getting devolved into one council because, your staff have become useless and discriminatory to dissabled constituents.
It's always been a sub par service from worcester though.

Moved to the area from Wales a couple of years ago. Since then we married at the guildhall, moved to a new build and had to set up council tax, order bins etc and everything has gone really smoothly. With statutory services people only really write reviews when they have had poor service, but for everyone else who gets what they expect they are unlikely to review.
Having lived under seven different local authorities I've ethe years Worcester city are up there with the best. Had great experiences whenever I've called up to report anything to the council.

Worst council. Unhelpful.
Sent us bills with misspelled/wrong names, for which we called to rectify multiple times. Only received 2 letters over 8 months with wrong names. We were told to not pay bills till names rectified after speaking to a council person on phone (was told we will receive an email too which we never did).
Eventually received a letter with a complaint sent to magistrate (when council at fault on putting wrong/misspelled names).
Worst customer service. I have no financial issues and I have never defaulted on bills.
Please don’t misspell people’s names and send them notices.
Please improve your customer services and reply to emails so people can tell you about your mistakes in time before you escalate it.

What a cracking little place. Stunning location and gorgeous array of buildings give a great first impression. The pub itself is everything you want from a country pub, lovely beam and fireplace. We were greeted by a very friendly and polite gentleman who was very accommodating and seated us in a quiet corner.
The food is delicious, as befitting its higher price, and the desert was amazing as recommended by the another gentleman who served us.

We stayed for 2 nights, in a lovely room, very clean and modern with loads of space.
Breakfast was fantastic in the mornings, with the lovely comfortable vibe. Food was excellent, and in the evening, a great drink selection.
Oscar was there for our entire stay and was such a genuinely wonderful host, who showed a genuine interest in us and made sure we felt cared and catered for.

Fantastic service, good food and a broad menu. We stopped at this pub on a long walk on Sunday, without a booking. It was very busy so we weren't expecting to get in, but the team spent some time working out comings and goings and managed to find a way to fit us in if we were happy to wait for 15 mins (which was great for us).
We had Sunday roasts but the menu included other options, including some game-based options. The food turned up quickly and was good, and the portions were large. The thing that stood out most, though, was the service, which continued to be thoughtful, friendly and efficient throughout.

Excellent evening meal . Very helpful landlady fitted us in without a reservation .very well run pub with excellent menu offering excellent quality well priced food. We had the beer battered cod and chips and Chicken , ham and leak pie which were very good with very generous portion sizes. The experience was truly awful, we waited over a hour and a half for the food with a mix up with our order, and when it did come it wasn't worth waiting for...the meat was very hard and dry, the cauliflower cheese was the scraps with what looked like powered cheese, and it to me like they had run out of food. Called here on Wednesday 25th June for a meal. We were visiting Auto Sleeper with our motorhome for some repairs.
Lovely pub full of charm and character. The opposite to the other pub in village which we had visited the day before only to be told they were no longer serving food despite their website saying different and all their signage outside.
The landlady was lovely as was the fish and chips Barry had and my chicken dish.
Dogs were welcomed with water and a biscuit. If this was my local, I would frequent but we come from Lincoln.

We had lunch here today and it was good. The menu is easy to follow , we agreed on a sharing seafood platter for under £20! We thought of adding a portion of chips but decided against it as the waitress assured us the portion was ample. It was.

The Watering Hole are the drinks company linked to our wedding venue, Llantilio House. I am so glad! From our first contact, the team were friendly, helpful and delivered everything we asked and then some. We were advised thoroughly on all of our options, including how to get the best value for what we wanted. It only ever felt like they wanted the best for us and our day and were so happy to accomodate all of our requests. We made lots of changes through the wedding planning process and asked lots of questions but nothing was too much trouble (or that's how they made us feel at least!). We felt like we could totally trust the team to deliver amazing drinks and service on the day - and they did. The drinks were wonderful - delicious, cold, beautiful glassware and garnished perfectly. Service was always great and the team on the day were kind, happy and welcoming for us and our guests. Thank you so much!

We used The Watering Hole for our wedding and we couldn't rate them higher! In the lead up their communication was fantastic and their drinks packages were fairly priced. On the day, they surpassed all expectations, going above and beyond to ensure we and our guests had the best day. It's the little details that you remember and there were so many throughout the day. I was near the bar (not at the bar) and proclaimed to my friend that I had lost my pint during the first dance. 60 seconds later I had a tap on my shoulder and a new pint in hand! We also were surprised on the dancefloor with the reception drink cocktail that we had missed out on whilst doing photos! Brilliant company and staff, you will not be disappointed!

They created our own personalised cocktails, which were a huge hit, and the espresso martini cocktail tower was a real showstopper that we absolutely loved! We hired the Watering Hole to cover our bar needs at our wedding at Pauntly Court (Gloucestershire) on Saturday 16th September 2023.
All of our guests were really complimentary of the whole bar experience. There were never any queues at the bar and the Expresso Martini & Mojito hour went down a storm.
The bar staff provided were fantastic and the bar manager (Fabio) was a lovely guy and really engaging and nothing was ever too much trouble and he is a credit to the operation (all staff were).
We would happily recommend this company based on our experience.

The Watering Hole were linked with our wedding venue (Oxleaze Barn) and we were in very good hands! We were unable to arrange a tasting as we were in lockdown but Ross made it easy for us to order a box with a selection to sample, which was a great lockdown activity (we ordered one for our parents to participate via Zoom too...)
Luckily our wedding day itself was less virtual and we were able to go ahead with a reduced number of guests (30). We were initially disappointed to hear that the package prices per head were changing due to it becoming a "micro wedding", since it was national restrictions and not our choice. However after going through the full process we think that we got a lot of value for our money within the "all in" package we finally chose for our guests.
Ross was brilliant in the run up to the day, very responsive and answering all our questions on practicalities and the effects of Covid in plans etc. The were very accommodating of our specific requests - ordering in bottled beer from a brewery local to us for the bar, sourcing a particular sparkling wine for the toasts and offering us the option for cocktails both at the reception and on the evening bar. They even very kindly upgraded us to a red wine off the Gold package when the one we had selected (off the Silver package) was unavailable.
On the day itself the bar staff were fantastic. They were friendly and kept drinks flowing throughout the day. The cocktails were incredible - particularly the espresso and passion fruit martinis which we chose for the evening bar. My grandad like them so much her ordered two at a time ;). Honestly, I have not been able to find an espresso martini which lives up to it since.
