My parents tried their pho tom (shrimp) and pho dac biet (brisket, tripe, and tendon), and we shared an order of goi cuon chay (vegetarian spring rolls) between the three of us. The spring rolls were absolutely delicious and honestly really filling and refreshing -- I probably could've just eaten two rolls and left pretty satisfied.
