The best part about the location is there is no other building situated in front of it guarding the view. They have the roof balcony(roof top room will be the best) from where you will be able to the mighty Kanchenjungha. Owner was very helpful. Bathing area needs sliding door for avoiding spilling of water. Heating facility in room is not adequate. Leakage of water in health faucet could not be set right. Food is ok. Will write it:- 1.The entrance is steep nd slippery if it rains so it is very risky as they don't clean the stairs which lead to the hotel entrance, they don't have lift so to reach your room at first floor altogether you have to climb 50(approx) stairs altogether. 2. The rooms are rectangular in shape, looks mouldy and shabby. In the room they have one small queen bed, both sides of the mattress are sliding which was is very uncomfortable, one cannot sleep comfortably being afraid to trip down the bed. A one seater sofa in one corner which needs a good vacuum cleaning otherwise you might get some skin infection from the sofa upholstery. The curtain hooks are hanging open on nd off so it's your luck if the room darkens when one sleeps. The carpet beside the bed looks like got picked up from roadside, i have never seen such dirty carpets.The bathroom is so small that if one is slightly on the heavier side it would be a challenge to bathe. 3. No fridge is provided so one can't stock beer, ice-cream or cold drink in room. Usually such high rated tariff rooms are provided with a small fridge. 4.
