There were dust bunnies in the corners and the bathroom had not been sanitized at all. I called the front desk to request a housekeeping service, but when they came, they seemed rushed and did a very superficial job. It felt as though they were just going through the motions. To make matters worse, we discovered that there was no room service available during our stay however they mentioned the room service is 24 hours and always they delay. In addition, I attempted to speak with someone from the management team to address these issues, but I was unable to meet with any one. This lack of accountability is highly disappointing. Lastly, for 20-days stay in a suite and 3 banglow rooms at Boho club, costing € 1000 per night and 5 stars hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service and respectful treatment.
