The only negative thing to say is that my disabled friends couldn't gain proper safe access as not only was the place so packed full of people but not of the stages blocked the lift that would provide access to the upper floor stage. They went home disappointed which was a shame. However the atmosphere was electric, the bands put on a great show although times ran over so much I had to miss my friends band play. Service was okay but as they were so busy I can't comment on how they would be in normal circumstances. The place is beautiful though, they have taken great care to create something special here. We cannot fault a thing. The room upstairs is a lovely room which is simply decorated allowing us to add our own decor which complimented the room perfectly.
