We booked online for the deluxe screening for 2 adults & 1 child + a medium share combo, which actually wasn't too badly priced (£41.50) which is why i gave an extra star. Upon arrival we added an extra medium popcorn, and Nacho's, which we tried to pay with cash only to be told they don't accept cash, this really annoyed us as I think everywhere should accept cash. I can only imagine how much of an inconvenience this is if you're letting your child go to the cinema with friends by themselves, if they don't have a card. As an adult going to see a kids movie with our child, a highlight of the experience would be popcorn etc, but this was a complete let down. The Nacho's were good though. When we entered the screening we went to our pre-booked seats, and were greeted with a very sticky floor. Also rubbish on the floor, and in many of the cupholders. There was also so much caked in dust on top of the speakers, which obviously hadn't been cleaned in probably well over a year.
