We were a small group led by our tour guide Rob who certainly has a passion for his work. Rob not only gave us the history of the Adnams brewery in Southwold but more interestingly he gave us a very detailed insight into what goes into brewing a good beer. The child's menu burger appeared to be very basic and was similar to frozen meat bought from Iceland and had a thin layer of processed cheese rather than fresh cheese.
