We went on a Monday during the school holidays and they now have their splash pools. I am not coming back during the school holiday but also will be dubious to go back until the sort some sort of management of the pools. The pools are in top of fake grass, on top of earth. It gets muddy and there were kids jumping in the puddles, getting dirt then getting in the pool. The pools are completely unmanned, trying to save costs by not having. Lifeguards is going to cost them some loyal costumers... There were three grown up girls completely disobeying the rules, I know this isn't quex fault but it there was someone there making sure that kids aren't running in or jumping and pushing other kids...I think things will be better. We must have chosen the wrong day because, by 1 there was hardly any cold drinks left nor ice; the toilets were absolutely filthy and when I asked to see their cleaning log...they didn't have any?(But these were checked regularly...) I asked if they could clean the disabled ones as my father needed to use the toilets and he wasn't able to due to the state of them... completely ignored...so we left! I have emailed them to complain and I have not had a reply, it shows how much they care

I tried the 5 hole par 3 course first and that's a very easy course for practicing short game and it was nice to play a few times before moving onto the next levels. I tried the Heights course for the first time today and was very very impressed. The greens were fantastic. Some holes are very challenging due to some long and narrow fairways, but that's what makes the course so good. My first 4 holes went very well and then a little downhill after, but not having played for close to 15 years, I guess it'll take a little more time to get my game back. The trek guides knew the alpacas really well and provided great care to make it a good experience. Try go on a less conventional day as it will be a lot quieter so more personal time with the animals! You won’t be able to stop them from eating grass so don’t try.
