He skated while we got hot chocolate and stayed warm in the igloo tents that were surprisingly filled with comfortable and stylish furniture including a small heater! All around the rink on there are heat lamps which were much appreciated also. The play the Ugly Duckling was very imaginative and well done. Each actor played several parts, and the set/scenery was well thought out. It was very appealing to the children as well as adults. For example, the mother duck birthing the eggs was not something a 9 year old would understand. It was a great experience for all. The staff were polite and helpful, and as we got there early, we got a parking spot right up front. I highly recommend this venue to one and all.

We are in Cincinnati but visit every year when in Indy visiting friends. They have something for every age here. A couple neat, large splash grounds for the littles. A dual FlowRider for the adventurous (you have to sign a waiver). The Lazy River is a little small, but there is no shortage of young and old relaxing in an inner tube (you have to be IN an inner tube or the staff will come at you). And a few slides- one dual with a body and tube slide. Tube is on the left when waiting in line, body on the right. The other slide is a short body slide that plunges into a pool shared with a rock climbing wall. My kids really enjoyed this, possibly due to the short line. We never ordered food here, we bring in our own. Alcohol is not allowed, and they do search your stuff. The cabanas are affordable and very helpful on a busy day. You could definitely tell that it had not been cleaned since atleast the last party. I took pictures and sent them to my niece so she could get some money back and I went ahead and cleaned it up enough to make do. But ya, I will not be going there anymore. We spend too much money for a nice place to enjoy the sun and water to be reduced to squander down at the creek for $200. Ridiculous I visited The Waterpark yesterday for my niece’s 5th Birthday party and was shocked by the price of admission. $17 per adult, $14 per child. It’s a nice place. A little too crowded for my taste. It reminded me of Holiday World’s water park. Same set up and all the same attractions and Cabanas. That’s another reason I don’t want to come back, to rent a Cabana is $300 for 3 hours! I understand that inflation is happening and that I was in Carmel, but dang, I thought it was waaaaay too much money to be crowded by soo many people. It was just all way too much for me. We will not be going back EVER! 😉
