내가 본 영화 중에 이곳에 촬영한 영화가 있어 기대를 하고 방문한 곳이여서 살짝 실망한 곳. 일단 보존 상태가 그렇게 좋은 편이 못 된다. 시간적인 여유가 된다면 방문해 보고 아니면 말고 정도. 스튜디오는 넓은 편이고 입구만 울타리가 있고 들어가면 넓은 황무지 느낌난다.

이곳에 오기전 모로코 및 아프리카 영화 산업에 대한 간단한 검색 후 방문 하였지만 생각 보다 큰 감흥은 없었다. 가이드가 열성적으로 설명하고 질문에 답해주고 스마트폰을 이용한 간단한 영화(?)까지 만들며 체험하지만, 이곳의 위치와 가격을 고려하면 추천하기 어렵다. 와르자자트에 머물다가 유명한 곳을 다 둘러보았다면 가보는 것도 좋을듯 싶다.

가지마세요. 투어 내용이 허접하고 입장료는 비싸요. 가격이 비싼 게 아니라 입장료치고 볼 거 없어요. 무슨 영화들 엄청 촬영했다고 설명하는데 들어본 적 있는 영화들은 죄다 이상하게 세트장 밖에서 촬영했어요. 다시 가면 안갑니다.

내부의 해설 가이드는 좋았지만 스튜디오 자체가 좀 허술하다. 투어프로그램에 포함되어 있어 방문은 했지만 자유여행이었다면 그냥 지나쳐도 좋을 정도이다

상당히 기대를 많이 했던곳이지만 정말 실망만 하고 돌아온곳. 국내에서도 유명했던 다양한 영화를 촬영한 곳이지만 들어가는 입구부터 황량하고 입구 앞의 조형물도 정말 허접함. 안으로 들어서면 관리 상태가 엉망이며 스핑크스 앞에 앉아 사진을 찍을래도 너무 초라함. 꼭 들려야 한다고 생각하신 분만 가보시길 바라며, 추천하지 않음. 생각보다 더 씁슬할듯.
