When we arrived there, we had already been spoiled by crash boat so seeing all of the buildings surrounding the beach tagged with graffiti was a disappointing backdrop to say the least. We decided to pack back up and drive down to Playa San Miguel. This turned out to be the right call because this beach is breathtaking. Now, this isn’t the beach to go to if you’re looking for lots of food trucks, this beach is totally hidden away. We had it to ourselves for several hours before seeing the first person. It has a true tropical island feel. Couldn’t recommend this beach more.
