We had our own private space with no overlook from the other campers, which made it feel calm and tucked away. The site is eco-friendly and sustainable (which there should be more of), and the facilities had everything you need for a wild-style camp right by the river and fruit cage. We were a bit worried about bringing our little Frenchie, thinking she’d have to stay on a lead all the time, but the way the pitches are set up gave her freedom to enjoy it too… she even learned that chickens with feathers aren’t for eating!
