The Museum was gorgeous, filled with replicas of King Tut's treasures, and a lovely little gift shop to visit at the end of the tour that sold everything from statues, to authentic papyrus bookmarks and scrolls. We had the museum all to ourselves, and we took a lot of photos. There was also a Coptic Church that we visited, with beautiful iconography on the walls. It was not in use when we visited it, but it was also beautiful. All payments are done via E-Transfer, and you have to book an appointment ahead of time. For us, it was $10 per person, and well worth the price. The volunteers work hard to keep the place open, and devote their time to showing people the collection.
