Wir wurden von unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam Personal in Empfang genommen und den Gastraum gebracht. Ein großer dunkel gehaltener Raum mit offener Küche und offenem Kaminfeuer. Nachdem wir platziert waren, kamen die Grüße aus der Küche serviert durch die Köche persönlich. Diese 4 Köstlichkeiten mit unter anderem Shrimp, dry aged beef, Lammdonut und Sommererbsen waren der perfekte Start in den Abend. Anschließend folgte die traditionelle Auster 2010, Kaviar mit Zwiebel, Steinbutt mit Haselnuss, sowie 2 Gänge Lammgänge und Brot. Alle Gänge waren hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben muss man jedoch den Steinbutt, welchen wir, zweimal bekommen haben(mit Ansage, der Grund ist uns unklar gefreut haben wir uns darüber trotzdem sehr). Anschließend gab es noch einen Nachspeisengang mit Rosenbaisse und Erdbeereis im Hauptspeiseraum. Anschließend wurden wir eine Etage hinunter in den sehr gemütlichen „Loungebereich“ begleitet. Dort wurde der Abend in sehr entspanntem und hochklassigen Ambiente bei den letzten Nachspeisegängen mit Ice cream Sandwich, Holunderblüten Madeleine und einem Espresso ausklingen gelassen. Begleitet wurde der Abend für uns mit einem alkoholfreien Aperitif, sowie einem Grünen Veltliner(sehr lecker und Jahrgang 2022, der 2019 korkte leider). Wasser für den Abend war im Preis inbegriffen.
