멜번 중심부에 위치한 대형 쇼핑센터. 외부에서 보면 높은 원뿔 모양으로 솓아 있는 유리창건물로 눈에 쉽게 띈다. 이는 1889년에 건립된 Coops Shot Tower 라는 탄환 제조공장의 건물과 50미터 높이의 탑을 쇼핑센터 내부에 유지하고 보호하기 위해 이렇게 설계되었다고 한다. 쇼핑센터는 5층 규모의 건물에 300개 이상의 수많은 브랜드들이 입점해 있어서 항상 수 많은 사람들로 붐빈다. 지하층에는 철도역도 있어서 오가는 행인들로도 복잡하다. 내부에 있는 유명한 대형시계는 매시 정각이 되면 뒷편의 인형들이 내려와 음악과 춤을 보여줘서 즐겁다. 한번쯤 방문하면 좋은 장소이다.

멜번센트럴 역 건물 푸드코트에서 식사 후 쇼핑을 하고 아이들이 있다면 레고랜드까지 방문할 수 있어서 좋아요. 역과 바로 연결되어 있어서 기차시간에 맞춰 빠르게 이동할 수 있는것이 장점이예요.

지하에는 전철역이 있고 시간대에 따라서 전철의 운행 써클 방향이 바뀜. 쇼핑몰 센터는 엄청크고 처음간 사람들은 길 잃기 딱 좋음. 사람들 많고 복잡함. 내 취향은 아니지만 여자들은 좋아할만한곳. 난 복잡한거 싫어해서 그닥 가고 싶지 않음.

이것저거 먹거리도 많구 콜스라는 마트토 있구 시태내라서 여기저기 가다 들러 시간 보내기로 쇼핑하기도 좋아요. 우리나라 연예인 보아?의최애매장이라는 세포라 화장품 가게도있어요. 웬만한건 다있다고 보면돼요.

지하 일층으로 내려가시면 한국 화장품이나 옷 그리고 컬러렌즈들을 다 구매 가능하세요. 혹시라도 컬러렌즈 필요하신 분들 멜센 지하로 고고! 멜센 윗층에는 아주 예쁜 카페도 있답니다 구경거리 짱짱

평일에와서 쇼핑하는게 좋을듯 싶네요 마이어 보다 사람은 적지만 없는편은 아니여서 편하게 둘러보고 싶은 분들은 아침에 가는걸 추천드려요 ~

마이어와 데이비드 존스보다 더 많은 상점과 음식점. 단 트램으로 이동하기엔 불편하다.

이 마트는 신기한 물건도 많고, 무었보다 엄청 많은 가게들이 줄지어 있어서 놀랐어요! 이곳은 관광객이 많이 방문하는것 같고 시장의 크기가 매우커서 놀랐어요!

수요일은 계절에 따라 야간시장이 열리니 참고하세요. 제가 방문했을 때는 각국의 음식들을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 일부 상점들은 영업을 하고 있었습니다.

평일, 주말 둘다 가봤는데 주말에는 진!!!!짜 사람 많고 모든 매장 줄 서 있어요! 근데 그 실내 마켓은 주말에 너무 붐볐지만 실외 마켓은 오히려 주말에 더 많은 가게가 열고 북적여서 시장느낌나고 좋았던 듯 합니아! 실내 마켓에서 사먹은 빵&커피 다 맛있었어요

기념품, 먹거리, 의류, 신발, 가방등 다양한 것이 많은 곳입니다. 꼭 방문해보세요. 아침 일찍 방문해서 커피한잔에 빵을 먹는 여유도 가져보세요.

멜버른에 온다면 꼭 한 번은 방문해 볼만 한 곳입니다. 저는 윈터나이트와 토요일 오후 총 두 번 방문했네요. 멜버른에 사라미 이렇게 많은지 깨달은 곳입니다. 음식 코너에 특히 사람들이 많아요! 음식을 즐기고 싶으신분은 비교적 저렴한 가격에 해결할 수 있습니다. 잡화와 기념품 품질을 보면 시드니 패디스 마켓보다 훨씬 좋아 보였습니다. 물론, 겹치는 것도 있지만요. 하지만 다양하고 품질 좋은 게 많이 보이더군요! 쿼카 관련해서는 퍼스보다 여기 품질이 좋아서 여기서 구매했네요. 😀

박싱데이에 갔는데... 사람 정말 많았습니다. 특히 나이키 아디다스 푸마 팀버랜드여기는 매장별로 200미터 이상 줄을 선거 같네요. 다른곳은 딱히 줄은 없었고 사람은 많았습니다. 박싱데이에 갈 사람들은 개장과 동시에 가서 빨리 구매하고 오시는게 ㅎㅎ

큰 규모의 아울렛이에요. 여행 기간 중에 비오는 날 갔어요. 이스터 세일 중이여서 너무 좋았습니다 👏 나이키에서 운동화 160달러인거 할인받아서 66달러에 구매했어요!! 타미힐피거에서도 니트 개당 70달러에 구매했습니다!!

건축물 사진을 찍으시기는 나쁘지 않으나 그저 H&M 매장일 뿐입니다.
