All staff members (housekeeping, valet, reception, lounge, cafe staff - literally everyone) were SO friendly, and all went out of their way to create a memorable experience for us. Room wasn’t perfectly clean, noticing some dirt on the floor. Blinds have seen better days and were a bit banged up. Bathroom was huge with a nice layout. Amenities were a little odd, multiples of the shampoo bottle throughout the room but one conditioner and no hand wash. Iron leaked the moment you put water into it. Check out was a bit on the slow side. There were about three people waiting and only one staff member. Several of their colleagues appeared to check on the front desk, but none helped.
