It was professionally delivered, carved and sliced at our table. The steak looked lovely and delicious, however it turned out to be slightly over done which was ok because of the searing hot cast iron pan it was served in. The big trouble came when most of the steak was extremely tough and inedible. The server wanted to fix it but was told that the kitchen would not make another tomahawk steak because it was a new batch and they wanted to consult with the supplier. They offered to make us a different cut so my wife ordered the tenderloin and I ordered the ribeye. When the steaks arrived they looked nice and dressed. The tenderloin turned out to be WAY over done. It was hard dry and cooked solid right through. For a second try, I don't believe this to be an accident. My ribeye was smaller than advertised but properly cooked. I shared this with my wife as she couldn't eat hers. No offer was made to replace the tenderloin.
