That's all this place has, is location. But even still, the train is loud as heck, downtown is dirty, and parking is a nightmare for guests. The appliances in my apartment barely worked. And if you want a guest to come over, they'll have to park on the street bc there's NO guest parking. The front desk, maintenance, and management were all unable to access my apt to let the cleaners in (PS - I used the same service at a Lenox and never had issues).
