Firstly, the bathroom ceilings appear to be in what looks like the early to mild stages of black mould. This was very shocking to see given how dangerous it is and the risk it poses, especially for those with health issues. This is an issue that should be non-negotiable and all bathrooms should be checked. It's inexcusable. Second, I cannot speak for the rest of the floors but the whole of the first floor smells of sewerage. Clearly, there is some kind of plumbing issue but it smells strongly of waste. There also is a problem of small bugs in the bathroom. It's all the same kind, a small black bug with wings. I've found at least ten over the course of two nights. As well, whenever switching on certain lights, a loud whirring-machine sound is made from the ceiling/front of the room. The sound is confronting, it made me think I pressed something wrong when I was just turning on a light switch. Also, the big drawer under the sink was almost impossible to open, which is ironic considering there are complementary items like shower caps which should be easily accessible placed in there. It took many attempts and resulted in sore fingers and an unnecessary exertion of strength. TV quality is also poor, sometimes so blurry you can't read the text. Furthermore, you can't watch any shows or movies provided by the hotel without paying.
