The first and the main drawback which i saw was there was no menu. A new customer has to ask the person who is standing there to know about what all type of idli they serve. This is a major problem as it makes the ordering process more time consuming and confusing. Instead, they could keep a small black board and just write down the name and rate of the idlis. This would make the ordering process very much hassle free. Okay so coming to the food ordering process, it's a different way of taking order as they write down your name along with your order and just call out your name when the order gets ready. We were told the waiting time of 15 mins and they very well kept it. And served our food in exactly 15 mins. Coming to the food, i was really surprised with both the quality and quantity of the idli and the currys. We ordered Podi idli and Butter idli. Both were really tasty. The Butter idli was cold as it was pre-prepared. The side curry's were also tasty especially the chutney. Just loved it. Overall i loved the food there. And if you ask me then i recommend to definately try out their Podi idli. 12 piece of tiny idlis is in a plate of podi idli and is enough to comfort one person. There is very limited parking space so you better come in two-wheelers because i didn't see any dedicated car-parking space there. Anyways overall i loved their food and would definitely recommend this place for idli lovers. I'll be returning back for more.
