그냥저냥 아일랜드의 숱한 성들 중 하나로 특별한 감흥은 없었습니다.

초반에는 별거 없는거 같아서 조금 실망했는데 나중에 마지막 방이 환상적인 성.

성 구경하는데 30~1시간 정도. 나쁘지는 않음... 현재 성은 20년도에 리모델링한 상황임.. 재연을 해놔서 일반적임 자그만한 성이기에 수도에 있는 그런성들 생각한다면 실망이나 걍 나름 매력적임..

Our tour guide was fantastic (i feel terrible i have forgotten her name) and did an amazing job leading us through the history and science that is Smithwick's. The tour is very interactive and has a great production value. It is super engaging and interacting which was great as it was our 3rd brewery tour on our vacation. Every other tour I've been on gives very clear instructions as to where the meeting point is, and sometimes even some extra information (ex. "Look for the red umbrella"). The only place I could find any information regarding the meeting point was on his website which points directly to Google Maps which only had a generic address of "High Street". The pin appeared to be on a souvenir shop, which appears in some reviews/photos that are currently associated with this business. We arrived at the souvenir shop 15 minutes early and waited in a cold rain for Pat to show up. As the scheduled start time approached, we started walking around and asked both in the souvenir shop and the framing business directly behind it if they knew anything about a walking tour. Neither knew anything and one suggested we go to the tourist information center. We took a walk over there but didn't see anything. After wandering around in a cold rain for 20-30 minutes, we assumed we'd been no-showed and reached out to request a refund. Pat's responses were terse and uncooperative. We had to submit a chargeback request through our credit card company just to get our money back. I've gone ahead and submitted a request for Google to update the address of this business to the aforementioned tourist center, which is apparently the meeting point for these tours. Hopefully this helps others avoid the issues we ran into.
