So many 4x4's crammed in, almost couldn't get the wheelchair in and out of the boot because of the cramped space. We also had to wait a while to leave as there was so many cars going in and out and getting stuck. I really don't complain often about things but I felt so utterly embarrassed today in front of a pub full of increasingly more irate people. Getting stuck like that and then having my sister and her baby turn up to get the buggy stuck too... Beautiful pub, beautiful food but definitely not suitable for wheelchairs. At all.

We did have a couple of problems which were out of everyone's control but the joy of excellent customer service is how these things are handled. (원문) Stopped by here for lunch today and wow what a find!! The restaurant is beautifully laid out with a lovely homely feel although there is a small garden area and covered outdoor area too. The vibe is classy yet casual but there is nothing casual about the food they serve. I could have happily worked my way through the entire menu but a shared starter of double cheese soufflé was the order of the day followed by duck confit for me and a lovely cod fillet with samphire and sweet potato fondant for my better half. The food was sensational , beautiful cooked, bursting with flavour and decent portion size. Pricing was also spot on for the obvious quality of ingredients and overall experience. I will let the photos below do the story telling but the tastes and flavours were as good as the pictures show and I think without a shadow of a doubt we will be back again to sample some more of their fayre. He was super helpful putting together a build list without ever pushing me to spend more. Communication throughout was great and the final build quality is excellent. This is a true artisan bike shop. On top of that their coffee is the best in the New Forest, sandwiches and cakes are great and their weekly shop rides are as inclusive and friendly as you’ll find.
