They let us leave our bags downstairs when we arrived several hours early, gave me a little birthday treat on the night we ate at the pub, and even let us hide out from some unruly pub guests in the garden when we didn't feel safe with them knowing we were staying - they handled that situation very professionally! We arrived late afternoon Thursday, the place was pretty quiet, but within a couple of hours it was quite busy in the bar/restaurant. Plenty of seating though, the place is quite large.
