I have a lot of positives about the company they picked us up from outside of the cruise terminals gates at a moments notice even though I accidentally booked the excursion for the day after (vaca brain). Checkin & instructions on how to use the ATVs were smooth and clear because they were done in English. My negative was our guide while riding the ATVs. He spoke no English. It was my first time & my 15 year old first time riding ATVs which he knew and proceeded to yell at us in Spanish anytime we were having a rough time on the trip even though We had no clue what he was saying. When we had a stop he would converse with the Spanish speaking riders and never had anything translated for us…we had to keep asking the other riders…”what did he say”? There was a specific moment where he did a complete u-turn in traffic and I didn’t know if I was suppose to follow him or stay where I was.
