After finding the parking garage, we left for the day and when we returned another event was happening and I had to find another parking place, since the garage had reached capacity. I ended up leaving the car overnight on the street two blocks away and found a love note from Quebec Police the next morning. If this is the future of hospitality, having no staff, I will avoid places such as this. Having people around to make your stay enjoyable is more valuable. That said, Quebec City was worth the trip and we found 4 days of fun there. Glad we had the car to go visit places outside the pedestrian zones.

This means no one at check-in (not a big deal), no housekeeping (meh), and no assistance if you run into issues. The issue we had normally would have been a very minor inconvenience, but as there was no staff and their help line/text took a long time to respond, we were left wondering if we needed to find another place to stay, as evening approached. We were directed to the Self Service Closet, which was an unlit storage closet. When we get back from our day someone was in our parking spot, i called the owner and I was asked to park 1-2 blocks away with all my important cargo on my hitch. I told them I have a family with small kids and I need my vehicle near me, the reason I booked specifically with a parking. Owner was very rude, said it wasnt their problem and hanged up, I tried to call back and they don't answer anymore and goes to the voicemail. Photos attached are conversations thru text. I was very stressed and frustrated having to find a safe spot for my vehicle. I asked for refund for the inconvenience and they are refusing to give it.
