That actually did not bother us at all. What was frustrating was the nonstop floor creaking in the room above ours, going until 1 am one evening. You can hear everyone above you walking and even talking. That is what kept us up at night, and we felt frustrated from a lack of sleep. Most importantly, there is no climate control in the rooms. It is poorly designed from a hospitality point of view. We had to put towels on the air conditioning vents because it was too cool in our room. We called the front desk the first time to complain and the gentleman agreed to raise the temperature. That lasted about an hour before the cooling system kicked in again and we had the same problem. After calling a second time, the man finally offered to bring us vent covers, but at that point we were already undressed and ready for bed. This is a known problem that is mentioned in other reviews. The so called Continental breakfast was adequate but nothing that would merit the price paid for staying there. We spent over 400 dollars to sleep in a tiny room with our clothes on and eat frozen croissants from Costco Wholesale Club.
