This resort was the biggest disappointment I have ever encountered not only in Jamaica but out of anywhere I have ever been. I’ll start by saying the food was terrible. They never had what was showed on the menu, and you do not have any options. There is one place to eat breakfast, 2 places for lunch, and one place for dinner. Expect to wait an hour to eat anything, that would be for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or room service. We had the fire alarm go off twice on back to back nights anywhere from 12:40 to 2:00 am. The beach is terrible, it is small and has very little to no sandy areas for beach activities. The pool is small and does not have a pool bar. They do not have music anywhere on the resort, there is no entertainment during the day. I could write a novel about how terrible the food was, and how disappointed my family was with this place. My daughters ordered room service one night and they just never brought it. It is poorly managed, and very inconsistent. Most of the foliage on the resort is dead, the flowers, palm trees, and grass were brown. The various fountain areas were not maintained and had stagnated water in them. This resort opened in 2016 and looks like it was falling apart. I guess, the only purpose I could see going to this resort for would be to rest. It is dead quite, but the lack of beach, and swimming area would even destroy that part of your trip. The drinks are terrible, they were often out of drinks they advertised as well. The only thing consistent here is that everything is inconsistent. I am a Hyatt UVC member and will be filing a complaint on Monday. This place honestly should be pulled from the Hyatt line up.
