My 2017 Ford Raptor had developed the dreaded cam phaser sound at startup and was a little stressed about the whole process of fixing it. I received a phone call from the general manager who promised me he would take care of these issues. I went and dropped off my car and was given a loaner. When I returned the windshield conveniently could not be fixed because it had been previously filled, they told me they’d have the car checked by Peterson Toyota but subsequently they didn’t take it over (because it was a $195 diagnostic fee). They told me the car was under warranty and could be checked out by Peterson .. leaving out that it would be $ for me to do so - how convenient! (원문) I parked in this garage while visiting Fork. The garage itself was clean and there was a fair amount of spaces available on a Sunday afternoon. I'm taking stars off for the strange payment system: there's signs in the garage mentioning that you bring your ticket with you and pay at a pay station outside of the garage. The sign doesn't tell you where the pay station is. I did find it on another part of the block that the garage is on, but that wasn't obvious. I shouldn't have to hunt for the place to pay for the parking, and additionally, taking the ticket with you does increase the chances that it'll get lost. I also didn't like that this was a fully automated garage, as if there's a problem with their automated system, there's no one there to assist with raising the gate for you. My final "ding" on this garage is that the exit is in an awful location. There's cars parked on either side of you (as there's on street parking) and the building blocks you - so you can't see traffic easily and traffic can't see you.
