Please refer to my photos for proof of how lousy this place is and what a scam they’re running.. The first photo is of the couch/bench and it has stains all over it - AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A 5 STAR FACILITY The second photo is that of a dirty napkin my food came in… stains and smelly The third photo is of toast that was delivered without any butter or jam. By the time those came everything was soggy The fourth photo is of the floor, dirty with abrasions.. Fifth photo is of the carpet and don’t know if you can make out how utterly dirty and unclean it was.. Sixth photo of the window and there were dead bugs Seventh photo of a chest of drawers that was stuck and wouldn’t open or close The next three photos are of the view from the window which was pretty no doubt The last photo is of the ice bucket i was given… what a bruised, battered and awful shape it was it AND unclean THIS WAS OVERALL A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE and what made it worse was HOW EXPENSIVE it was… I have seen 2 star hotels with better hygiene and service… The ONLY good part i remember is the people at front desk who were kind and polite… Please find a better place to stay rather than this overpriced accommodation…

The dinner in the restaurant was excellent (we were half board) it was as good as anywhere we have eaten and better than most. The staff were all polite and attentive. Negatives: English channels very limited as no Smart TV's. The walk to the centre of Shimla is very steep (taxis are available at the hotel). The heating in the dining area wasn't on during one evening of our stay so it was cold in there, suggest layering clothing or eat in room if this is the case. Would we stay again? Definitely! (원문) The property says its near to the mall road ,but it isn't actually....it is near to the tourist lift which is not at a walkable distance and you have to take a bus to reach there and while returning,there is no public transport available and you have to walk all the way in the dark(after 7pm)...Here was nothing like magic stay... The approach is very steep steps... the room was very small and dirty and that too after they had generously upgraded it...no fan,no room amenities...very poor lighting so as to hide its unclean linen, bathroom curtain and general cleanliness... Overall its not a good deal for the price being charged...so unless and untill you don't get any other alternate option,only then you should go for it else it is totally avoidable...!!
