The carpets are in need of replacing on the entire property. The furniture in the lobby is like a garage sale arrangement. Upon checking into the room, the smells only stayed consistent with a masking smell of what appeared to be Ajax cleaning powder. Now, there is an appearance of an attempt to keep the rooms consistently clean but there is only so much someone can do here. The room itself had dust webs, I observed a cigarette burn in my bed sheets, a roach on the counter of the sink; mind you, this was all within the first few minutes of entering the room. Do to the late hour of check in, and my familes need to get that night's sleep; we had no choice but to go to sleep. So the plan was to sleep now and wake up early and leave immediately. And that we did. Actually, we slept in our regular cloths, only sat our bags & suitcases up on the table and counter and NOT on the floors just to avoid any other strange insets catching a ride with our stuff. The room it was served in was a bit small but overall for what the room cost it was certainly better than expected. If I ever pass through Titusville again I will definitely be staying there again.

I spent the night last night in one of 5 ( I think ) rooms booked for myself and coworkers on a business trip. We were suppose to be there for 6 more nights but due to the poor experiences in our rooms we chose to relocate. I can't speak for others but from my personal experience, the maintenance and general cleanliness of the rooms really needs to be improved. I was surprised to see how nice the lobby and breakfast rooms were compared to staying in our rooms where you could see crumbs/dirt/debris/grease like substance along the edges of the floors and under the beds, the coffee maker on the sink is never moved to clean behind it, and there was an almost used up soap bar left on the shampoo dispenser in the shower. The air conditioning made it really uncomfortable unfortunately because it had such a hard time cooling the rooms it made everything inside feel almost damp (so it was hard to sleep in). I know there's only so much that can be done about that though. Not as urgent but also worth mentioning, my tissue box was empty upon check in in the bathroom, as well as the coffee maker being broken, and the shower curtain being a little too short so it would just straight create a small pond in the bathroom when you showered. If there was a way to address the dampness from the AC in the room, all that really needs to be addressed here is the general care and cleaning of the rooms. It unfortunately shows a lot of neglect, and I really tried to look on the brightside every step of the way through this. If you're stopping late at night and need somewhere to crash for a night though, realistically its decent. Whats GREAT here is the staff. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and kind, and the breakfast was the BEST I've ever had at an inn like this! There were eggs, sausage, mini muffins, waffles, fruits, and a yogurt parfait machine which was really cool. Whatever woman worked the breakfast today (she was a nice blonde woman) was the highlight of my stay! I really wanted to like this place and as I said before, I don't mean to be rude, it just really needs to be cleaned up better and give the rooms some TLC so the customers feel as important as the lobby even partially looks. But please keep your staff, they're all very kind.

The dust on the cracks in the headboard had dust that was so visible and could have been cleaned at least.3rd Went to lay on the bed less than 10 minutes and I start itching all over. Not only the door but the outlets are not working. Tried to search for another hotel near by because of the time was late there was none available. Couldn't sleep all night due to issues. 7th Get up early to take a shower and the shower didn't work. Called about this she tells me to pull with grit. Smh I pulled very hard to get a few drizzle of water to come out. She offered a third room to take a shower. 8th Breakfast was included tried to just get a drink and something simple to eat. Cooked food wasn't edible. This was my 1st experience with best Western hotels and it will be my last time using their hotel. I know it's a franchise but this was ridiculous. There was to many issues outside of the people on the premises with the rooms it's not suitable for a one night stay. If you do bring your own sheets pillowcase a power charger to be able to charge your phone just in case, mask and Lysol. Also have a car alarm and get a room close to front desk because that was the only real area that was quiet and a little safer. Pool was closed for pump issue.

(원문) I traveled for my job for 14 years and as a result I earned Diamond Status with Hilton, the preferred hotel group for my company. I changed positions at work 4 years ago, stopped traveling and recently lost my status so figured I'd try Marriot. It was terribly disappointing. Staff was friendly. I was given a handicap room which is not what I reserved. It was very clean. Poor lighting in kitchen and the bathroom. The tub was so dark, very hard to see while taking a shower. Only 1 regular plug on the night stand with 2 usb plugs which most phones don't use anymore. Also, odd placement of plugs in the kitchen which made it hard to brew coffee. The TV allows you to log in to your streaming services which was a nice feature. Though not at the room long in our 2 night stay, it would have been nice. Unfortunately the first night the remote was very slow to respond to commands (worked fine for normal tv stations) then the 2nd night it wasn't connected to the internet so we couldn't really use it. The beds were ok, kinda hard for me but we did really like the pillows. The coffee was awful. Worst coffee I've ever had. Both the in-room and the coffee in the lobby. It matched the breakfast. Worst breakfast I've seen since I was forced to stay at a Days Inn many years ago. Stale muffins, egg and ham sandwiches with hard bread, runny eggs. Waffle was good. I guess I'm spoiled to Hilton. All the places I've been have been much better than this was. I may try Marriot again but this stay very much scared me away.
