My family of four spent time with him walking the streets of Quito, visiting his favorite markets and handpicking the ingredients for our meal. He involved my two young children from start to finish. He even asked them to help in planning the menu! Not only was the 3 course meal delicious, but it was unique, artfully presented, and made from beautiful fresh ingredients. My kids voted this their favorite experience during our time in Quito. It is a treasure within the city and I imagine dining there would be equally as delicious!
