You then go inside to the register to place an order and pay. They ask at that point if you would like to pay in full or leave open a tab. It's an interesting concept and it worked fine for the setting. We were sat at a table with a broken leg that had been duck taped together but no matter what we did, the table tipped to one side and was wobbly. While we were there fairly early, we were sat next to another group that had just arrived as well and thought we could have been spread out more since there were many free tables when we arrived. It was tasty but again, the plastic chairs and tables felt like they didn't belong with the higher end menu.
